With 17 offices throughout the Bay Area, Pacific Union has managed to recruit the county's top real estate talent. We believe that this unparalleled growth in a very short time frame is largely associated with a unique business model that freshly approaches the dynamics of a changing industry.

Setting New Standards
One of the remarkable differences between Pacific Union and other real estate companies is the exceedingly high stan- dards for service, honesty and integrity that are set for each and every agent within the firm. The founding principal, Tracy McLaughlin, has been consistently recognized as the number one agent in Marin County. Mark McLaughlin's background includes managing real estate companies of over 700 agents, and extensive real estate technology and dot com success. Mark and Tracy also bring the experience and resources of their very successful residential development background to all Pacific Union clients.

The Fine Art of Fine Property™
At Pacific Union, we market homes in every price range like "Fine Art." Whether it is a first time home purchase or a multimillion dollar acquisition, Pacific Union's elegant marketing is consistently executed throughout the duration of every

listing. The co-branding of your home with the internationally recognized Christies Great Estates logo will set your listing apart from other properties throughout the county. Our commitment to consistent, high-end, local and international advertising places your home in the best publi- cations and websites available today.

Philanthropy
Tracy has a long standinghistory of giving back to the community, focusing on local charities that directly benefit Marin County. That legacy of charitable giving is now an integral part of Pacific Union. Past and present contributions include Marin Adopt A Family, which provides housing to mothers and children in crisis, the Marin Work Force Housing, a trust that provides low cost housing for Marin County's fire fighters, police force, teachers, as well as many of Marin's local schools, sports teams and other foundations. Tracy feels that one of the most important thing she can do as a successful business leader is to give back to her community. Alongside her husband Mark, Tracy is currently in the process of developing a long-term foundation plan for permanent housing for challenged women and children in Marin County.
