After a career in television broadcasting, I made the transition to residential real estate because of my passion for homes and design. I have personally bought and renovated over 20 homes in Marin County, ranging in prices from $1 million to $7 million. This hands-on experience in construction and design is an integral part of what I offer my clients today.

When representing sellers, part of my listing strategy involves preparing homes for the market with a range of improvements that ultimately result in a higher sales price. Home staging and garden modifications are an integral part of the process, especially in today's competitive environment.

When representing buyers, my construction and renovation knowledge allows me to target properties where value will be maximized with small or large improvements. This insures my clients that they are making the best investment possible, even in a flat or "down" market. Strong negotiation skills are fundamental to a successful real estate transaction. My philosophy is to consistently strive for the best price for my client while still maintaining amicable, professional relationships with all parties. Having been born and raised in Marin County provides me with an insider's knowledge of "niche" neighborhoods within each community and the different levels of appreciation and resale potential within each area.
