Born and raised in Marin County, Tracy graduated from U.C. Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She went on to do graduate work in television broadcasting at Stanford University. Tracy worked for 8 years as a report/anchor for various NBC affiliates around the country. Her background in journalism and communication is an integral part of her ability to present properties and negotiate transactions. Tracy was licensed to practice real estate in 1996.

She is married, with three children, and a very active member of the Ross community. Specifically, Tracy is particularly involved with the Ross School, serving for three years on the school's foundation, and twice chairing the Patron Party for the annual Garden Tour. She is currently on the committee for the school's annual auction. This intimate involvement with the school and community provides her clients with invaluable insight into Ross. Her sports interests include swimming, tennis, running, biking, hiking and skiing.

Tracy's background includes the purchase and renovation of some 27 properties, ranging in price from $1 million to $7 million. Her extensive experience in design and construction is shared with all buyers and sellers to best guide them on investment decisions when deciding which home to purchase or what improvements to make in anticipation of selling to maximize resale.

Per MLS statistics, Tracy has been Marin County's top producer every year in the 2003 - 2008 time frame. She has been recognized at numerous awards ceremonies as a top producer, and has been quoted in both Marin Magazine and Broker Agent Magazine as a top producer. In 2006 she opened Morgan Lane Marin, a joint venture with Morgan Lane, which has a formidable presence in Napa and Sonoma Counties. She currently has offices in Belvedere (on the Boardwalk), downtown Ross, and Kentfield. Morgan Lane is Marin's high-end "boutique" firm specializing in luxury properties throughout Marin. At present, she is ranked number one for sales in Marin County.
